1.The Promoter

NE Competitions LTD (the promoter) company number: 16165183. By entering our competitions you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We have full responsibility of making sure that the website and competitions run smoothly and efficiently. If you wish to contact us please contact via ne-competitions@outlook.com.

2. The Competitions

  • To enter our competitions you must be over the age of 18 years old and live in the United Kingdom.
  • Employees are strictly forbidden entering the competitions held at NE Competitions.
  • Each of our competitions held will run for a certain amount of time chosen by “the promoter”, this will all be stated on each different competition, once the timer runs out that is when the competition ends.
  • There may be several competitions ran at once, all with different end times, as stated these timers will be on the individual competitions.
  • Each competition will have specified prizes/prize, this will be shown on the competition entered.

3. How to enter

  • The competition will run from the opening and closing date specified on the website. All times and dates referred to are the date and times in London, England.
  • All entries for competitions must be received by the given time by the promoter stated on the competition promotion.
  • Once the tickets for the competitions are sold out it will state sold out on the promotion, this means that there will be no more tickets sold on the specific competition once the tickets have reached a limit.
  • All entries including paid entries and free entries will be limited to the amount of entries in each competition, this maximum amount of entries will be stated on the competition. Once the maximum amount of entries is reached there will be no other entries permitted.
  • The promoter will not accept responsibility for competitions that are not successfully completed, are lost or delayed regardless of any cause.
  • When purchased entries into the competitions you will then receive a conformation by the promoter confirming your entry.
  • Any entries that have not complied to our entry restrictions stated in (2. the competitions) will be disqualified
  • To enter the competition:
  • – Go to the website and view the competition question (if there is one)
  • – Complete and submit the online entry form
  • -Purchase the required amount of entries
  • -When you have purchased your entries submit your answer to the competition question (if there is one)
  • If you wish to enter via the free postal entry route you must:
  • – Specify which competition you with to enter
  • – Provide contact details to the specified address which include (Full name, date of birth, address, contact number, email and the answer to the question of the competition)
  • Incomplete or illegal entries will be disqualified
  • Hand delivered entries will jot be accepted
  • Postal entries are limited to one entry per competition per person
  • The promoter must receive the postal entry 48 hours before the competition end date if this does not happen the entry will not be valid
  • First or second class postage must be paid for each entry

4. Competition Period

  • On each competition there will be a stated timer for that specific competition. Once the timer is up that is when the competition will close (unless sold out before hand). This is when the winner will then be announced/notified.
  • The winner will be notified via an automated email. This also goes for unsuccessful candidates.

5. Prize(s)

  • On each competition there will be a description of the prize(s).
  • Prizes are subject to availability. If there are any changes regarding the prize(s), the promoter will update the website as soon as possible.
  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) of a equal or greater value.
  • The promoter gives no warranties of the prize(s), its value, condition or any other information that is stated on the website.
  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) for a cash prize if any of the following apply:
  • – The prize becomes unavailable
  • – Other circumstances that are out of the promoters hands and cannot be helped.
  • Prizes are non-refundable/negotiable.

6. Winner selection

  • On each of our competitions there will be a question, of answered correctly the participant will then be entered into the draw resulting in a prize/prizes if won, the winner will then be chosen once the competition has come to an end (timer).
  • All entrants will have their name along side their ticket number on a spreadsheet showing alongside the competition entered.
  • For our instant win draws there will be numbers allocated to certain prizes when the competition is published, once entered and the question has been answered correctly, the entrant will then be randomly allocated a number which will match up to one of the prizes on the spreadsheet, meaning that entrant has won that prize.
  • If entrants win they will be notified via email, this will be the email that the entrant has used to purchase their ticket, this also goes for unsuccessful entrants.

7. Publicity

  • By entering our competitions, you are therefore agreeing that any personal data you share may be used only by the promoter or other employees to administer the competition.
  • If you are a winner of one of our competition you are therefore agreeing that the promoter may use your name & county/town. This is only for announcing the winner purposes. If you do not agree to this you must contact the promoter before the closing date of the competition, to clarify this will not affect your chances of winning.
  • If you do not wish to participate in any publicity we may still provide the details to the Advertising Standards Authority this is a legal requirement we must comply with to ensure the competition has been administered properly and the prize(s) have been awarded.
  • If you are the winner of one of our competitions you may need to provide some more personal information. You may need to provide ID, this is to make sure you meet the eligibility criteria of the competition.
  • Please note that under Data Protection laws you are entitled to request that the promoter does not contact you and removes your details from the database. If this is the case, could you please contact via email: ne-competitions@outlook.com This will have to be before the competition has ended.

8. Liability

  • The promoter , agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any damage , personal injury , loss or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents , or distributors or that of their employees. your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Disqualification

  • Participants can be disqualified from competitions if they do not comply with our entry rules. This includes you must be 18 + to enter our competitions, you must live in the United Kingdom. Any cheating or and fraudulent behaviour will not be tolerated.

11. General terms

  • The promoter reserves the right to change these T&C’s from time to time. The latest version of these will be on the website.
  • If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breech of these Terms and Conditions the promoter may reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition/ any future competitions.
  • The promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize competition if it becomes necessary to do so.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • The competitions are in no way sponsored by any platform. By entering the entries are agreeing there are no platforms that are liable.
  • The customer accepts full responsibility for accurately entering their account number and sort code for cash with drawls. NE Competitions are not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to errors in the provided banking details.
  • If a user deletes their account, all associated data will be permanently deleted, including active tickets , wallet balances, this cannot be recovered or refunded.
  • You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.
